GoogleWe had an incredible experience with Victorstone, in particular with Thomas by our side. He helped, advised and supported us over the whole renting process. We visited the property twice and after we made the offer it took just a few hours to receive the contract and just a few days to collect the keys. What else to say? Amazing letting agency and professional staff.

GoogleWe took an appointment to view a flat on a Saturday afternoon. We came from France in this purpose, only to spend an afternoon viewing flats (return trip on the same day). They never showed up nor answered to our emails/calls. Obviously, we never heard from them from this day on, not even to apologize or to explain why they did not come.

GoogleThe daunting task of finding a new home was made almost effortless with the help of Victorstone Property's. They helped guide, and listened to every concern and query I brought up, easing the pressure enormously. Angelo provided a not only highly efficient, but spot on service for me and all my needs. Could not recommend enough, five star service!!

GoogleThis agency means well but they are pretty bad at their job. Especially anything that didnt involve them getting money... Typically it took me more than two months, countless emails and telephone calls and finally legal threats to get my deposit back! This shoild give you an idea of what you’re up against ;)

GoogleFrom start to finish, Sophie provided a service that exceeded all expectations. Communication was timely and clear throughout, keeping everything on track as best as possible during what could have been a really difficult time to move. They made it all feel very easy. Thank you for making it all happen!

GoogleI have just moved to London, I did not know a lot of people here and Iana Burduja from the City office treated me in the best possible way. She helped me find a room in just 3 days close to my University . I really appreciate all the help and I highly recommend!

GoogleVictorstone showed an excellent attention to my requests, which were always followed-up by phone calls. Their attention to the customer is certainly higher than the average I've experienced from other agencies in London, and certainly makes the process of flat-hunting less painful and stressful than it normally is. Absolutely recommended.

GoogleAs a first time home buyer, I really appreciated all of the help and information provided by Angelo Matraxia. He clearly guided me through every step, from finding my dream house to finally calling it my home, and I couldn't be more grateful for his impeccable knowledge and skills. Thank you, Angelo!

GoogleI cant credit Shaz enough for all his help during this stressful and uncertain time for me. I simply did not need to call Shaz during my move-in process because he would call and update me before I had the chance. Patient, professional and funny! I would highly recommend him and Victorstone!

GoogleOne star is more than what this company deserves. I called and spoke to an Alice on the phone, who was rude, condescending and extremely unhelpful. I don't know how they make any property sales with staff so incompetent, it seemed that any question I asked was an inconvenience for her. Definitely taking our custom elsewhere.

GoogleI have just secured a property through an online viewing. Iana has done an amazing job answering to all our questions even at out of office hours, we have managed to get an offer agreed at no time and have already signed the contracts. I highly recommend their service!
