GoogleBest experience with estate agents I've ever had! They were recommended to me and they did not disappoint. The team worked very hard to find me tenants; sort through all the paperwork; arrange for what was required, and were very supportive beyond what their job required them to be. GoogleHaving requested the services of Urban Lettings on a number of occasions I can safely say that I have always benefitted from their input. I have asked for advice which has been given willingly and they have provided me with great tenants over the years without any real input from myself, all paperwork and administration has been handled perfectly and I will continue to remain a customer of theirs for many years to come. I will be shortly looking for full management of the properties and will look no further.

GoogleWe have just signed a contract with Urban Lettings for a new tenancy and we have been really impressed with them. They respond to emails very quickly and helped us a lot with securing our property. Ish who works at the agency is really great and will go out of his way to give you a good service. We are now looking forward to moving into our new home!

GoogleI have used Urban Lettings for a number of years - they are very professional, helpful, friendly, reliable and have always found me excellent tenants extremely quickly. Their fees are very reasonable for the excellent service they offer and they are a very welcome change to the majority of other lettings agents - I can definitely recommend them.
