I’m currently living in UNCLE Southall, and it’s been great so far. I’ll list everything I love about this place, take what you wish from it.As someone who works day and night from home, it’s a privilege to have 24 hour access to a gym without the need to step out of my building. As well as a co-working lounge which has become my haven for productivity. It’s spacious, quiet and perfect for my remote work.Then we have the parcel room, which is a small detail that makes a massive difference. The convenience of having parcels securely delivered without having to be present is a relief. I can be in Space and still order what I need and know it’ll be delivered.Lastly, we have the staff (hoping I spell their names correctly). Oshea, Ayana, Emal and Mike who have been nothing short of Amazing. They’re always there to help, smiling and going above and beyond to keep the living experience perfect.Will definitely be extending my stay if I remain in London.Thanks a lot UNCLE Southall.

GoogleThe website clearly states that '6 months is a minimum for contract lengths,' so we booked a viewing based on that. However, after a confirmation call with a representative, we were told that a 12-month minimum is required and had our meeting cancelled then and there. What a waste of our time, we could've had another viewing scheduled instead.

Our son moved into UNCLE Stockwell as his first step towards living independently, having got a place at uni in Clapham but who suffers with autism and ADHD. The accommodation at UNCLE was perfect - modern, with all the essential amenities, but most importantly someone on site at all times, really caring and helpful staff and it felt really safe and secure. Duncan and Ruth are great and really care for the people who rent there, making it more like a supportive community and dealt with any issues and challenges promptly and with great sensitivity.

Uncle New Cross My second year living here, and absolutely recommend the property and its management team. I moved in from overseas with a toddler, arriving late night straight from Heathrow. Caroline and Paco were accommodating and caring; everything was smooth from the moving in, to the settling down. Great view from the flat, nice coffee downstairs.

The property management team/customer support team at UNCLE Stockwell is brilliant, especially Ruth and Gab, who have been extremely helpful and warm-hearted throughout my stay. I particularly appreciate their flexibility when I couldn't decide about my renewal. They are the sweetest and kindest property management team I have ever met so far.

After losing all hope of finding a decent flat in London, I landed on uncle stockwell. Aside from the brilliant view and convenient setting, the team/family has been nothing short of brilliant. They always met me with a smile and I felt looked after at all times. Ruth, Paul, Duncan, Safiah and Hennah are absolute superstars. If I ever move back to London I would certainly aim to move back here.

Had an amazing time at Uncle Stockwell! Renting is a notoriously tricky task but Uncle have a very efficient system and a great staff to make life a lot easier. Ruth, Gabriela, Duncan, and Paul were all fantastic and very friendly - couldn't have asked for more.

We are living in an apartment with Uncle Colindale and it has been amazing! The flat and building are modern and have a good atmosphere! The staff members are all very friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their face! They really try to bring their best to us! The maintenance service is awesome! Tom sent Ian in a light-speed manner. Ian came to our flat, took off his shoes before entering our apartment (to avoid soiling the floor), he fixed our bathroom door and in the end he cleaned “his” rubbish (he refused to accept that we clean - “it’s my rubbish, I clean”). Such a kind person and an excellent job done!!! We highly trust Ian to maintain our home as the best place to live!

I was amazed by the website and decided to book a virtual tour. When time for the tour, NO ONE showed up. I called the Manchester line and the London line NO ONE picked up. The answering machine said they were open from 9-7 yet I called at 1 and no one was available. I sent an email with no response. The whole team is pretty much unresponsive.

We pride ourselves on our customer experience. It would appear that in this instance we failed to deliver you the basics in customer service, and we take this very seriously. I moved to the UNCLE building in New Cross over 2 years ago and never looked back ! The team feel like family now, they always bring joy and laughter to the community. Not to mention their top tier advice on pretty much everything! They sort out any problem that may arise with such efficiency, I’d never want to live anywhere else. It’s UNCLE or nothing !

I’ve just finished my tenancy at Uncle Stockwell and would like to give a quick shout out to the team, who have been extremely accommodating from start to finish! I’ve had previous (non Uncle) experiences with landlords who were only friendly until I moved in… So I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the Uncle Stockwell team hadn’t just put on an act with me - they are just as friendly (and professional) as they had initially made me believe! I view Ruth and Duncan as the heart of the building but the rest of the team is amazing too! I’ve found Gaven and Gaby super helpful and have really appreciated Paul and Fernanda too :)In the middle of my tenancy I decided that I wanted to move back to my home country, and because I didn’t have a break clause, I needed to find a replacement tenant. The team was very clear in terms of what I needed to do while also being super understanding and supportive. It made the process so much easier and a whole lot less stressful!
