GoogleYears ago I gave over £2000 and never received the keys for my new place. One of their agent in the Norwood branch took the money and did a runner unfortunately I wasn't the only one he ripped off. Took them to court won the case but never received the money back. The agency closed down but some of them are still trading. Do not trust them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleDO NOT BUY A PROPERTY FROM THEM ! they act as developer, managing agent and estate agent and once the property is sold they're useless. Moved in 5 months ago and had no end of issues. Broken boiler, floor tiles not fitted properly and broken, water leaking, electrical issues, poor workmanship and much much more. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that cares about the homes they build.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleA leasing office known to steal money, leave themselves fake positive reviews and swindle landlords. Its a shame such companies are allowed to exist.
