These people have no shame ! They are after your monies! I got in a flat where right after 1 week it was mould everywhere and walls were covered in moisture ! Rats was a big issue they sent couple times a guy just to spray foam around the corners ! Anyway when was time to move out they took all my deposit ! The reasons was to clean mould, repair a chipped tile, and repair the toilet sink ( the sink was damaged by the people who did put the tiles as the old one came out because of mould, and the new tile was damaged since the moment I stepped because it was cheap tiles with barely no grout underneath

This was my first time buying which was daunting in the beginning. We dealt with Elliot Purcell who was nothing short of exceptional. He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with which made the process very smooth. Communication channels were always open so we knew what was going on at all times. Having dealt with various real estate agents over the past 12 months while looking for a house, Elliot Purcell and the team at T2M stand head and shoulders above all the other high street agencies in my opinion. If I could give zero stars I would the receptionist is stuck up and never listen, they don't care if you are going through a bad time or if you have a special needed child all rude and stuck up unless you are rich they don't wanna know wish I never came to them, all started of nice and helpful then once you move in nothing takes months for repairs even if they do them still waiting for over a year for a few to be done and even when they are it's just glue everything and hope for the best

This shady leasing office rented me a faulty flat a few years ago, numerous problems. The shower drain wasn't connected, which flooded the flat below me. A wrong component was used to connect the boiler, which almost caused a fire. On top of that, there was a clear problem with the electricity, it was upwards of £10-15 a day, no matter if everything was turned off. In fact one of my neighbors was in the process of taking them to court over it. You can see from other reviews they steal money and refuse to fix problems. Avoid at all cost

time2move managed my property for seven years and I had no major issues with them. They are flexible and do get the job done when needed. Ramaine in particular is very helpful! More recently, I used them to sell my property. Elliot's work was excellent and professional throughout. My only regret is that I didn't sell through them from the start. I would have saved myself alot of hassle and money.

WORST OF THE WORST. AVOID AT ALL COST

A terrible company that should be avoided at all costs. In the 5 months since buying one of their properties, there have been leaks, water in the electrics, cracks, roof fragments coming apart, the floor is falling apart and their attitude is that it's somehow our fault. Funny thing is they act as the developer and the managing agent too so it's entirely their fault yet they fail to take any responsibility. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

'On the singing of the contract'

'On the singing of the contract' (their words from the contract not mine) things went down hill very fast. If you look up the Estate Agents' governing body, their Code of Practice states that if the estate agent has anything to do with the property being rented eg a member of staff owns the property then they have a duty of care to inform you of the fact, so that you can decide whether you wish to go ahead with the rental or not. So when renting with them please ask, as it turns out that my ex-landlord has strong connections with the company and I have actually seen him working in the office. The company however told me that they were under no obligation to inform me of any vested interests. He is the Director of Time2Move Nationwide however.
