GoogleWow what can i say i never write reviews but on this occasion i feel compelled to tell everyone who is contemplating selling their house to go with these guys. From the beginning they did pictures (photographer arrived like they were doing a movie) that were so beautiful..anyone would of wanted to buy my house ( i didnt even know my house looked like that!). Mostly I liaised with James and at every difficult stage he was calm and friendly negotiating between myself the buyers and solicitors. Ive never known Estate Agents to be so involved before..at every difficult spot ..putting my mind at rest. The sale took a while because of a chain however James very skillfully managed to negotiate a deal to keep the sale on track. He was there all the time working and liaising at 10.30pm on occasions.. working to get the sale over the line. Maybe its becuase they are independent they dont have the laid back attitude of a chain estate agent but their professionalsm for me has excelled other estate agents above and beyond. From start to finish ( Rang to congatulate me today on completion) their operation is slick and professional with a genuine concern throughout and elation for the sale. Dont waste your time going with anyone else..the best !!!!! Lisa Chapman

GoogleI recently purchased a flat that was listed with Thomas James. From first viewing through to completion they were great. James was so easy to deal with, and the whole process went smoothly from beginning to end. Estate Agents get a bad press, but both James & Tom go against that stereotype. I really felt like they had my best interests at heart. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

GoogleHaving met Tom and James when we found the house we were to buy we were impressed with their professionalism. When the offer on our property fell through we chose Tom and James to remarket our property; they were very diligent in the way they prepared the marketing materials and drummed up much more interest than we had previously, which translated in to many offers. During the legal proceedings they were excellent at coordinating the chain and chasing everything through in what was a complex transaction. We could not recommend them highly enough.

GoogleWhen I first met Tom I wasn’t sure if he was the estate agent or a very friendly neighbour who was going to show me the property .He didn’t have any of the usual banter you get, he just open and honest. He was also always available on WhatsApp for any questions I had. I would say he went over and above to help me make the purchase work for all parties. Overall I found Tom to be very professional, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend their services. They have changed my perception of estate agents in a very positive way.

The photography and marketing was way above the standard we'd experienced with other vendors and his knowledge of the market and house buying process was first class. Through sound counsel and market knowledge, he ultimately got us a price we believed was unachievable, which enabled us to move on to a house we thought was out of our price range. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TJ to anyone looking for a personable and professional service. It's worth noting our purchase was through another local vendor who left a lot to be desired!
