GoogleI have recently viewed some properties and will now be letting a property showed to me by The Stow Brothers. I was in contact almost exclusively with Naz from the Walthamstow branch and I cannot recommend her enough. She was so helpful and friendly which made our experience so much more enjoyable and personable. I would constantly look for properties with this company as I knew I would receive an informative and professional viewing, I also found the properties to be of a high standard. Thank you for all your help Naz! :)

GoogleCan’t recommend highly enough! We were looking for a rental in the Walthamstow area and the market is crazy at the moment. We viewed properties with over four different agents and Stow Brothers stood out drastically! Our lettings advisor was Hardev, who was so friendly and provided excellent advice about the local area and the rental market. Hardev managed a few of the viewings we did and was very knowledgeable on each property. When we found our dream property he called and helped us with the process of completing the online tenant checks and made the whole thing so easy. Excellent service and excellent standard of properties!

GoogleI have been renting with the Stow Brothers for nearly four months and have had to deal with an unfortunate number of incidents which has lead me to this point of frustration in having to post about it publicly on Google. Sadly these issues were not handled in a timely or professional manner by my property manager, Catherine. I feel as if there has not been an open line of communication and as a tenant I have had to constantly chase Catherine for updates as she does not provide these in an efficient manner, and sometimes not at all by the deadlines she promises. In addition, she has scheduled several contractors over the weekends who have not shown up and has taken no accountability for it. It took her over two months to help resolve a slug infestation in my apartment after several failed attempts and miss-scheduling of contractors who were no-shows or were not approved to do the job. It also took Catherine over a month to arrange for and fix a hot water problem in my shower during the chilly winter months, with no sense of urgency evident. I would really like to rate the Stow Brothers higher, but the level of service I have received and the premium I pay to live in an apartment that is managed by an independent leasing agent just do not match up to my expectations.

GoogleWe rented through the Walthamstow tenancy team. Fine and polite when you managed to get hold of them, but some expensive charges towards the end of the tenancy that came as a surprise, with a considerable fees for elements of the final clean that weren't laid out in our contract. Often had to chase responses and confirmations for emails about maintenance, end of tenancy viewings and deposit. They wanted to photograph the whole house during inspections rather than just areas for maintenance, which breached privacy and also didn't appear in the original contract. They pushed back surprisingly hard on this but did back down eventually. Overall reasonable service. There are worse agencies out there.

GoogleReally, really positive experience with Stow Brothers Walthamstow. I felt looked after by the whole team, but special mentions must go to Eva, who was dedicated, sensitive and went above and beyond the call of duty. Also to our sales progressor, Claudia who was super-efficient, yet incredibly calming whenever nerves got frayed. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for more from either of them. If you want estate agents who genuinely care, I can HIGHLY recommend these guys.
