GoogleI've had a bit of a mixed experience with them. when I was buying a place Stow Brothers were ok. But before that, when I rented a place, I found them disappointing. They seemed keen to get people to outbid each other, whipping up a frenzy to encourage inflated prices. It was actually unpleasant. In the end I went with a different estate agent for that, and had a better, calmer experience.

GoogleWe’ve only recently become tenants with Stow Brothers but have found them brilliant so far. Hanna has been a great property manager - super responsive, attentive and professional. We feel well looked after as tenants.

GoogleI can't recommend Stow Brothers highly enough. Kenan, Andrew, Marcus and Jon went above and beyond. They were patient, communicative, empathetic and always solutions focussed. They are also an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are the only agent to consider if you are selling in E17 and I've learnt this the hard way!!

GoogleWe were looking for flats and we came to agreement on one day with this agency to view a flat. As we live Central we had to travel there for about 40min plus the cost of the tube. We arrived 30 minutes before viewing to make sure we are on time, then 15 minutes before viewing we got call from the agency saying that they don't have the keys from the property and we can't do the viewing. Anyway, we were very close to the agency and we walked in to ask if there is any way we can check the property today as we had seen few and we wanted to give our final decision by tomorrow. The guy said that we can’t and he asked us to come again tomorrow (when we already spent monay for the transportation and 40min travel). We replied that we want to take our decision today and this was our last property to view. This was his response: That's fine! We have lots people lining up and looking for flats! Is this a professional response? I'm not sure if he was confused as this is not a game that someone loses and someone doesn't! Anyway, if he believes that having people lining up for and he can do whatever he wants that a very bad attitude and disrespectful to see it from a human being. We got another flat at the end and we won't be coming back again to this agency as I can't imagine how they will treat you if you already rent with them.

GoogleHad a great experience selling our home with Stow Brothers. We were initially just passively exploring the option of selling/gauge where the market was at. Whilst other estate agents tried to coax us into putting our property on the market right away, Kenan gave us an honest and accurate view of the market and our options, with no pressure or expectation to list immediately. The selling process went smoothly and panned out exactly how they said it would, with us accepting a good offer on our property. The sales progressing process was also really good, with Tiffany always at hand to chase things up/providing updates. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleThe team at Stow Brothers were excellent from beginning to end, despite challenging circumstances. I’d had one sale fall through, another back out, and mortgage rates were soaring. Despite this, Eva ploughed on and secured a reliable buyer in good time thanks to some strict vetting. Tiffany and Claudia managed the sale process patiently and professionally, keeping me updated throughout and reassuring me along the way. I wish I had gone with Stow sooner, having tried other local agents before, including one who seemed to lose all interest when the buyer pulled out. A big thanks to the Stow team. I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again in future.
