GoogleWe have just sold through Stow Brothers. They made what can be a very difficult time so much easier. Five star service from Will and Marcus, but with a very special thanks to Paula the excellent photographer. She made the house look so good I wanted to buy it myself! Cannot praise these guys enough and would certainly recommend them to all.

As first time buyers we were totally new to the process and they explained everything to us, and answered all our questions. Their communication throughout the buying process was great - extremely clear and diligent. GoogleThe Stow Brothers have unrivalled knowledge of the E17 area. We were first-time buyers and new to the Walthamstow and every question we had, they could answer. Someone was always there to answer the phone. They even gave us a lovely house plant when we came to pick the keys. Nice TOUCH!

GoogleUpdate: unfortunately, in retrospect I would have to say Stow Brothers have the best pre-sales team, and the worst after-sales support. 12 months on from my review below, we have decided not to renew our agreement with Stow. The main reason is that they simply provide terrible service to landlords: information takes weeks to get to tenants sometimes, and Stow guard the communication with tenants jealously. In addition, every single piece of work needed to the property in the part year, if done through Stow Brothers, ended up being quoted as over £250. Even something as simple as kitchen cupboard hinges becoming loose, or a bathroom door starting to stick: "It's all knackered, you need to replace it all." The final insult has been the way our tenants' checkout has been handled - I have personally had to supervise the entire affair, pointing out to Stow where the tenants haven't fulfilled their part of the tenancy agreement, and organising remedial works. If I wanted to manage the property myself, I wouldn't have hired Stow to do it! Terrible. Avoid, avoid, avoid! -- We've let our house out through Stow Brothers for 6 months now, and they have been professional and thorough in their service. Our contacts have been Catherine and Geida in the Residential Lettings team, and while it sometimes takes a bit of time to get things organised, they have managed to handle every thing that has come up. Thank you, Catherine and Geida!

GoogleA pleasure to deal with everyone at the Walthamstow branch for our sale; we had dealings with Will (from the Walthamstow branch) in selling our property and then with Paul and Mia from the Highams Park branch to progress the chain/help us look for properties. Fantastic service right from the start - the open house was organised very quickly and generated a lot of interest - and the bidding process was very straightforward for us as vendors too. Brilliant promo materials too - the copywriters are fantastic and Danny's photos are just brilliant. Highly recommend selling with Stow Brothers - great service all round.

From the very first visit for a valuation through to exchange they have always been helpful. Their communication has always been excellent. It is the first time we have dealt with an Estate Agents who are positive, helpful, on the ball and good at communication both for buyers and sellers. And yes, we’ve dealt with many over the years! GoogleStow Brothers were the estate agents during my first property purchase. I interacted with a number of their team during the process and they were very responsiveness and helpful. Even during difficult moments with solicitors, they helped the process along and couldn’t recommend them enough. Claudia, Tiffany and Marcus were great.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of having Hanna Dewsnap as out property Manager whilst renting via The Stow Brothers. She was responsive, attentive and caring- all the things you could want from a property manager. Definitely made every process as easy and streamlined as it could be, even during times when she was dealing with her own bereavement she advocated for us and I could not recommend anyone more. The Stow Brothers are made 5**** by people like Hanna. 10/10
