GoogleHanna Dewsnap has been managing my property for many years. Hanna is extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite, honest and efficient. Hanna is always reliable and does what she promises, she responds to emails and telephone calls promptly. Managing a property is not always easy and can be stressful, but when Hanna is your manager, she removes the stresses and worries. Hanna also has an excellent relationship with my tenants. Hanna prides herself on giving a personal service and she is a credit to The Stow Brothers. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

GoogleStow Bros has been managing my property for the past 2.5 years and my review would honestly be A LOT lower were it not for Hanna Dewsnap who came and saved the day after the first year. We had a huge number of problems with the original team when we were emigrating to the US, much of which was exacerbated by terrible communication. We were ready to switch agents and Hanna was offered as our property manager as a last ditch effort to retain us and she has been fantastic since joining the team. Much more communicative and delivers on what she says she will do. Nothing seems too much and has made our experience much better than when we first started.
