GoogleTaylor Gibbs helped us buy our property in 2014 and sell it again in 2021. Overall, we were very impressed as they have always been helpful, responsive, and very easy to work with. In particular, we worked closely with Miles and he provided fantastic support throughout both processes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Taylor Gibbs team to others.

GoogleI have always been impressed by the prompt attention Taylor Gibbs offered me when renting in Hampstead Lane. I was so happy with charlotte’s care to get things done when it came to the flat being repaired or jobs that needed to be done. I was a Tennant with Taylor Gibbs for 7 years! Taylor Gibbs offer proper support, understanding, personal attitude and prompt responses any day of the week, also in any of the emergency cases. On top of that very transparent, clear with t&c and all the paperwork. So far feeling looked after very well :)))

We are sorry that you felt the deduction was unfair. We are advised by a third party inventory firm of the condition at the commencement of the tenancy and then again at the end of the tenancy taking in to account fair wear and tear. A cost is then recommended for any deductions. If you wish to discuss this matter further please contact us.
