Having used Taylor Gibbs for many years to rent out a property, I have always experienced excellent, fast, attentive service. Renting the property has always been seamless and any matters that needed resolving were done so swiftly, completely and well. Having now just sold the property, I've experienced the same level of excellent service. A serious buyer was identified swiftly and from putting the property to market to concluding the sale took only 3.5 months. All matters were dealt with swiftly and stress free. Special thanks to Charlotte and Miles for their help over the years.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the TG team, and in particular Charlotte Bourne. I bought a flat through them, which turned out to be a very tricky and complex sale indeed. I strongly believe that if it was not for Charlotte, I might not have successfully bought the flat. She absolutely moved mountains to make it happen, and went well above her call of duty to push it through. I cannot recommend them enough! Charlotte at Taylor Gibbs went over and above any estate agents would possibly go to make the sale of a very complex sale happen . The flat had been taken over by liquidators half way through the sale process. Whilst the solicitor advised on halting the sale due to multi layers of issues, if it wasn’t for Charlotte, we would’ve given up. Honest and hardworking and communicative.
