Taylor Gibbs were absolutely fantastic in helping me to sell my property. It was a complicated sale, negotiated at the height of the first lockdown when everything took forever. Miles Ponder was particularly good at helping me through the complexities of selling a property from beginning to end, which he did with competence, patience, good humour and real attention to detail. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

In an industry so often marred by horror stories, the small team at Taylor Gibbs are an absolute miracle. The initial viewings and lettings process was carried out by the extremely affable John. I had some personal issues to deal with during this stage that complicated matters, but John was always patient and understanding. I cannot stress hard enough how he helped make a difficult situation far more manageable. During the tenancy itself, the property management team of Joe, Suzan, and Holly were always friendly and quick to acknowledge any issues that arose. There were of course some complications, but those owed more to the landlord (who'll always be luck of the draw no matter where you go) rather than the Taylor Gibbs team. All in all, an extremely pleasurable 8 months in Highgate! I was quite bummed it had to end, but whoever takes my place will be assured a fantastic group of people to help them with their property needs!
