GoogleThe people working at the Tavistock branch are actually lovely and always willing to help, however the flat I rented from them had an unacceptable landlord. I was living in a rat infested flat for months and they never cared or even took responsibility for having rented a flat that had an obvious history with rodents. They were not even willing to compensate after everything! Stay away from any flats in the Covent Garden region! I will attach an image of one of the rats I caught below. It’s just really terrible really… flats with a history of rodents should NOT be put on the market! This a HEALTH AND SAFETY HAZARD! People could get genuinely sick from this! Very bad on Tavistock part to work with such landlords.

GoogleLeanne Saddington has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Moving whilst Covid-19 was happening was an experience I anticipated to be stressful and complicated, but with Leanne it was everything but that. She understood directly what I wanted and showed me around flats in London. With her help, the contract was signed within a few days. She's also been incredibly helpful whenever I was unsure or confused about anything. She's also incredibly honest and friendly! GoogleI have lived in London for 5 years and in that time dealt with many estate agents as I’ve moved around the city trying to find my long term location. London estate agents have a bad rep for being overbearing and at times really difficult to deal with but Leanne at Tavistock bow was a million miles from that. I’ve had such a positive experience working with her to secure my current flat and cannot help her enough for her hard work and reassurance in helping me get it over the line. She is easily the best agent I’ve dealt with in London and if I have to find a new flat in the future I only want to find it via Tavistock bow and Leanne!

GoogleLeanne Saddington is an absolute gem and has made my experience of working with Tavistock Bow to find a flat extremely seamless. As someone coming out of town and moving during the COVID-19 crisis, I couldn't have asked for someone more flexible, proactive, and accommodating than Leanne. From my initial email, she was incredibly responsive over email/text/video and truly went the extra mile, she conducted FaceTime viewings, provided me honest advice to help me narrow down my list, and even sent me a full virtual walking tour of the surrounding area of my top choice flat to help me feel more secure in my decision. Not to mention she also negotiated an incredible deal. I expected this process to be very stressful through and through, but with Leanne it was easy :) Would work with Leanne and Tavistock Bow again in a heartbeat and have already recommended them to other colleagues planning their moves!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

They were both accommodating and flexible and I ended up with a great flat. Available to answer any questions and even post-move, have made it clear they’re on hand to help. 10/10 service.
