GoogleHad a great experience working with Leanne on my recent flat hunt. She was on top of all the details I needed and was absolutely exceptional when it came to prompt and honest communication. Have worked with a number of real estate agents over the years, and could wholeheartedly say this has been one of the most seamless and professional experiences I have had. I would strongly recommend you reach out to Leanne if you are looking for a property in the area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWhen we moved to London from the United States one year ago, we didn’t know what to expect from flats in London in terms of space, amenities, cost, etc. We began working with Tavistock Bow to help us find a flat that would be a perfect start to our new life and adventure in London. Lucy, was the letting agent we worked with and she really listened to what were were looking for in a flat and she helped us find a perfect flat that ticked all of the boxes we had (price, location, amenities, close proximity to public transportation, etc.) Throughout the entire process of going to look and flats and continuing on until our tenancy agreement was signed and completed, the entire transition was made easy and Lucy and the rest of the Tavistock Bow team were there to answer any and all of our questions

GoogleI've worked with Tavistock Bow since the business launched some years ago. They are a wonderful team and provide a great service.

GoogleWe purchased our flat in Covent Garden through Anne-Marie at Tavistock Bow. We were very pleased with her proactive approach in helping the purchase proceed. She went above and beyond what most agents would do to provide us with the information we needed and obtaining quotes for work that would be needed on the property. Due to the personalised service we received due to Tavistock Bow being a small company we decided that we would use the letting team to subsequently market and manage our property. Having a local expert with good contacts has enabled us to let the property at a distance keeping the running of the flat as smooth as possible.

GoogleOver the years, Leanne Saddington has found two perfect homes for me. From the beginning, she seemed to get me and get what I wanted. Leanne understood exactly the kind of flat I was looking for and we didn’t stop until we had found it. Some people stand out. Some people, you remember. It’s Leanne’s honesty and incredible personality that made working with Tavistock Bow so rewarding. Highly recommended.

Googlefrom Oliver M Hannah and Tavistock Bow have worked for me on lettings since they started in 2014 , and she and her colleagues for several years before that. They have in depth knowledge of Covent Garden and areas around. They are practical, no waffle, speedy and pleasant. Typical of their style is their excellent newsletter INTHEKNOW: clearly written and full of interest.

GoogleLeanne has helped us find super flats twice now. Property hunting from abroad for your student son can be tricky, and you have to put a lot of trust in the agency. Leanne has not disappointed. She is professional, friendly and very honest and trustworthy. Her communication skills are excellent. Highly recommend.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
