GoogleI had an appointment to visit a property on sale on a Saturday morning at 10am. Nobody showed up. I tried to call and sent email but couldn't get hold of anyone. When i left i passed by the agency and saw that the property had been sold already. It would have been the minimum of respect to let me know in advance....
Helene, I can only apologise that you were badly let down. Yesterday I had a review in the Office to discover how this could happen. I can confirm the property is on the market but we had failed to up date our window and being a bank holiday Saturday our Office was closed,unfortunately the gentleman who was due to meet you did not note the appointment in his diary correctly and did not provide you with his mobile number. I know this will not bring back your wasted time and I sincerely apologise for this. I have been informed you have been called and our Sales Manager has apogised over the phone and rearranged for you to see the property this Saturday . GoogleWe’ve been renting in London for the past 6 years and dealt with a few property managers, and Natalia at Tate is by far the best one. She replies to our emails straight away and gets all our queries sorted in no time. What a difference it makes to have a responsive property manager. The rental process was also very smooth, despite all happening during lockdown. GoogleGreat company that really cares about there tenants, they provide fast service when needed and are really helpful. From my experience most companies find a way to keep your deposit when moving out but Tate worked with us and we managed to get our full deposit back. Would 100% recommend to a friend, when I move back to central I’ll give them a call! We had the pleasure of working with Natalia and Amber, both really professional and efficient and actually cared about what was best for us. GoogleDO NOT GO THERE !!!! PLEASE go for an other agency, they are the worst EVER ! They advise a furnished property without furniture. Let you live without it but paying full amount of rent. They are terrible, the worst don't got there ! There are plenty of other nice rental agency in London.

Paul - (July 2017) Following this review in 2017 Emilie kindly emailed me in June 2020 as she had not seen my reply before now. I have looked into this as best I can some 5 years after the event and I believe that Emilie was wronged. I believe Tate, on this occasion, did not look after Emilie as we should have. I have apologised over the phone and written to her as well. On this occasion I regret to say we deserved this review and I hope in some small way I will have corrected this for Emilie now. GoogleFifteen years ago, we switched to Tate Residential and they have looked after us fabulously ever since. In addition to finding first class tenants who have been with us for many years, they do all the small things that make life easier for a landlord. Instead of saying "it's not our job", they offer helpful advice and contacts to get problems solved. Going to them was the best move we have ever made.

GoogleTate Residential have let our property for over 10 years without an issue in finding us a tenant. We trust the team and rely on their support. Since moving to Tate Residential for renting out our family owned Pimlico flat, for long lets to professionals, the difference has been the quality of tenants: true professionals have been requested and have been provided. GoogleTate have been our go to letting agent for nearly 20 years. The service is faultless. As one tenant leaves, the next is lined up with a seamless crossover. The communication is fantastic - they are a great team led by Paul. They keep a good eye on the property and inform us of any works that need doing. What more could you ask for!

GoogleWhen Paul Tate told me about his first bad review in 16 years I had to write my own. As a Tenant I have been renting through Tate Residential for over 10 years and 4 properties later I can honestly state I would never consider renting through another Agency. If I had to sum them up I would say they have always been fair honest and efficient.
