GoogleAs a commercial tenant, we find this business to be very poor with reactive communication. For instance, if the heating breaks or plumbing floods, the secretaries insist entire teams are in meetings constantly and unable to speak on the phone, they apologise with ridiculously accents, and put you through to voicemail without allowing you to speak. They even have the audacity to say that speaking to them is "clogging up the switchboard" on a call lasting less than 40 seconds. Unreal!

GoogleTerrible landlords, office building of 3 floors has been in disrepair for over 3 years, constant promises of refurbishment with no delivery. They built a new attic floor but left the rest of the building falling apart. Building works were not organised with the three offices in the blocks, so noisy works were carried out in working hours for over a year. Terrible at keeping in contact, awful management.
