What else can I say other than absolutely fantastic. Right from the start Susan and David were supportive, enthuiastic and the best we had spoken to by far. Despite the whole process being a nightmare (nothing to do with us or Kingshills - the chain above and below) at no point did the service drop, if anything it just got better. Communication with them was first class, and absolutely nothing I could fault. If only other estate agents, solicitors, removal companies could follow their lead the whole process would be much simpler and stress free. If I was to move again (not any time soon!) I would have no hesitation using Kingshills again, and I would recommend them to anyone who asks. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I had a viewing with Paige Palmer and she was so helpful, answered all of my questions and was able to organise a viewing on the same day! She has been very attentive to all of our questions and has answered even after work hours! Great service and very friendly manner. I would definitely recommend the agency and specifically Paige, very knowledgeable and friendly.

We put offer in land at cowlersley lane, huddersfield and after our all paperwork they call and send in written say our offer is accepted and send paper work to our solicitor and we paid our solicitor and they took house from sale and after week Mr Charlie Brow rang us saying they got another 2 offers more than ours we list 2000 pounds and very disappointed by Ryder and Dunton I advise all clear this with them before pay its not professional look like doing bad practice

We are forever grateful to Helen and the whole DC Lane team for all of their help to get our house sale completed. They were there every step of the way and because they are a relatively small, local team, it felt very personal and bespoke so they kept checking in with us and kept us updated throughout. We had a great experience selling our property with RMJ. We had previously listed our home with another estate agent and 20+ viewings but no solid offer which followed through. After taking our property off the market for a couple of months, we decided to list with highly rated RMJ which proved to be the right choice. We had a total of 3 viewings in the first few days and 2 of those resulted in offers, with a very quick turn around. Great team to work with. They have a wealth of experience. I would highly recommend RMJ, they are the best in town.
