Gareth, was so helpful throughout! Always constant with his communication with me & my family. Because of covid-19 he was still able to show us variety of properties via virtual recordings. Which by the way showed great quality videos in wide angle showing the whole property, it almost feels like we are viewing it physically but from the comfort of our home. I also loved that they try to add some humour into it. Definitely recommend him and his team for their great & awesome work, you can count on them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were quite surprised at the come back that Streets Ahead accomplished when at first it seemed that its quite impossible to find the perfect property in short period of time, considering the challenges with covid. Gareth and Emma rose to the occasion by being proactive, having gone above and beyond whilst showing great attitude to ensure that we found the perfect home in the given circumstances. My parents have just moved thanks to Streets Ahead. They had tried other estate agents before but as soon as they contacted Streets Ahead, they got straight into it. All of the sales staff were genuinely very helpful. Once the sale was going through Marina and Gary stepped in and smoothed things over, going above and beyond to help them out. It’s hard to find a really good agent to trust but I have no hesitation at all in recommending Streets Ahead to help you move house!

My son and I have only been with L & A Lettings for just over a month - and in honesty being at home every day due to the current lock down circumstances revealed a problem which may have otherwise gone unnoticed which soon became more and more apparent. I duly reported it but thought it would not be addressed due to the social distancing and little contact restrictions in place etc - however it was dealt with immediately. Lyndon called on Tuesday evening and by Wednesday lunchtime the problem had been resolved. We could not have asked for better communication and service - and are truly appreciative of Lyndon, Annie and all involved at L & A Lettings - and Brett and the guys who came out and helped resolved the problem that caused us both so much concern and anxiety. Thank You All for going above and beyond.

We've just finished a 4 and a half year tenancy with L&A and it's been really good. Yes, they have a strict way of choosing who gets a property, but only one family can live in it so they have to decide somehow and they need to pick the best tenant for the landlord. Lyndon came out to visit me first at my parents house to check our suitability, then we were offered the property. They also check landlords and will only deal with decent ones, so it works both ways (tenant gsts a good landlord and the landlord gets a good tenant). The property was in good order throughout the tenancy, the only time we had to contact L&A for an emergency was when the boiler died and they sent someone round the same night with a couple of electric heaters. The boiler was replaced a couple of days later when it could be booked in. Other than that it's just the standard stuff, you pay your rent and get a good property to live in. The landlord wanted to sell it in the end, but we were in the process of buying a house anyway so they let us stay there until the house purchase went through. The landlord wanted some items of furniture left there for the estate agent photo's as we bought all new for the new house, the removal costs for this came out of the deposit at the end but it was only about the same as if I'd paid for it to be removed myself anyway. Overall, really good experience and if we hadn't bought a house and rented again then I'd have looked to see what other properties they had.

It's a difficult time for everyone at the moment, but we recently found out we had to move flat, which is difficult at the best of times.. let alone when the world is on lockdown. We found somewhere we liked with Streets Ahead and since we reached out to express our interest, the process has been a breeze. Our Lettings Negotiator, Gemma Greasley, has been so helpful. Emails have been conversational and personal, and she's always been quick to respond. What would have been a difficult time has been a breeze. Thanks for all the help!
