We were introduced to the owner of L&A Lettings by a mutual friend to initially give us some advise on eviction process. Lyndon offered us much hope in a tricky COVID situation and gave us some helpful advice which we followed. We have been managing our buy to let portfolio on our own for the last 10 years and it was becoming very stressful with the COVID lockdown and difficulties in getting workmen to attend to repairs at our properties. We had heard of various problems, from people we knew, of property management by estate agents. However we listened to what Lyndon had to say and felt very confident in his company. We decided to sign all of our properties over to L & A Lettings about 6 months ago and have not looked back. Everything is managed very professionally by the team and for a fair cost. It has certainly enabled us to get our lives back in order and we both feel far less stressed, we would have no hesitation in recommending L & A Lettings to any landlords.

It is always good to have the A team on your side when selling a property. The sales team of Adrian, Rebecca and Andy were all great in making sure my wife and I were always kept up-to-date. I have sincerely had an awesome experience with Streets Ahead from viewing the property in 2018 to moving and checking out in 2021. It’s just been exceptional. Alex was the person who carried out my viewing appointment. She was knew exactly what I was looking for in a flat which made it easy for me to accept on first viewing. Then not to talk of late Callum who was my property manager for the duration of 2 years. He was literally the best as he dealt with all of my queries promptly, professional and effectively. Even if the landlord didn’t want to adhere to his advice, he would still inform me. I could go on and on about Callum as he was a man of his word. He always had a story and solution for every problem, lol. When it was time for my and family to start looking for a new place, George got involved with searching for new places within the area. He was also exceptional as he would send me 3-4 properties with the space of 3 days and this was on a weekly basis. He also informed his colleagues to contact me if they had other properties in mind. He has great interpersonal skills and knows how to quickly identify the needs of a customer. Not to talk of Shakira who recently took over from Callum. Also another awesome staff who is also prompt and efficient in handling queries. No wonder you guys are growing and advancing so rapidly within the UK. Very professional service from start to finish - one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Phillip and his team sold my elderly mothers property and I couldn't recommend them more! He was responsive, friendly and honest. I don't live close to my mother and really relied on them to help her with the process. No ask was too much and they really went above and beyond. They sold her property for more than the asking price and we completed within 6 weeks of the sale. Streets Ahead South Norwood were fantastic at selling my dads home. The house selling process was new to us and there were the implications of COVID. Phillip really helped us to understand each stage in the process which made my dad really feel at ease. Communication before every viewing was good, so he always knew when to expect people.
