GoogleI've lived in one of their properties in Northowram for about 15 months now. I couldn't recommend this agents enough! From the second I payed interest in renting through them to now, I can honestly say I've never had friendlier, more efficient service from an estate agents before. They're always so happy to help and advise and reports for repairs or problems are dealt with almost immediately. I've had a few general problems with damp, mice and plumbing issues. Each one has been taken into account, reported to a contractor and all my problems have been resolved within a matter of a few hours. All staff I have dealt with in the office couldn't be more supportive and welcoming. Even in the recent weeks, as my landlord has served notice to sell the property, the agents at RW are so eager to help and assist the house hunting & moving as much as they can and try there best to ease the process. I would definitely rent through them again

GoogleWe were introduced to the owner of L&A Lettings by a mutual friend to initially give us some advise on eviction process. Lyndon offered us much hope in a tricky COVID situation and gave us some helpful advice which we followed. We have been managing our buy to let portfolio on our own for the last 10 years and it was becoming very stressful with the COVID lockdown and difficulties in getting workmen to attend to repairs at our properties. We had heard of various problems, from people we knew, of property management by estate agents. However we listened to what Lyndon had to say and felt very confident in his company. We decided to sign all of our properties over to L & A Lettings about 6 months ago and have not looked back. Everything is managed very professionally by the team and for a fair cost. It has certainly enabled us to get our lives back in order and we both feel far less stressed, we would have no hesitation in recommending L & A Lettings to any landlords.

GoogleDO NOT USE!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour with the letting agent Jon and when I put a compliant through they try to excuse it or ignore the horrible behaviour of the letting agent. Stating we mislead them because we did not state that my partner will be viewing the property on my behalf (which all letting agent that we used except this one did not have a problem with) because I live 4 hours away. They should have at least told us that this is actually company policy (which they refuse to show). In fact this is actually endorsed by the owner of the company. I guess this disgusting behaviour is also endorsed by the owner as the “investigation” states that Jon will actually be disciplined if this didn’t happen.

Thank you for your review and it's a shame you feel this way. The man who made the initial enquiry told my staff that he would be living there. At the subsequent viewing, he disclosed that he wouldn't actually be living there but was viewing on behalf of a third party. We will never rent a property to anyone that we haven't met! Further to this we eventually conduct home visits for any potential tenant prior to renting to them. This is part of our through assessment of tenants and this is our commitment to landlords. Can you imagine telling a landlord that we have rented your property out to someone we have never met! So, in conclusion, had we been told that the viewing was on behalf of a third party, it would not have gone ahead and we will continue with a policy of properly vetting potential tenants face to face. It's the thing that landlords tell us they like about us. This process acts as a safeguard to both landlords and tenants, who aren’t then set up to fail. GoogleI have been Renting from L&A lettings for over 8 years, both Ann & Lyndon helped me out after loosing my husband, I needed somewhere smaller to live. I can honestly say they go above and beyond as landlords, They are lovely, helpful, caring people. They help you with application forms for housing benefits, always on end of phone if have a problem, will listen if you have any problems. If ever Iv had a leak, electrical or boiler problem it is always sorted ASAP with there team of traders they use, they are always polite, in contact regards time arriving, always do jobs been called to do. I Would always recommend L & A lettings to anyone 🙂 💯 xx Thank you L & A lettings x

GoogleWe recently bought a house in Wolverhampton and used L&A Lettings to find a tenant and to manage it. We were delighted with their tenant finding process, they worked really hard to fit the right tenant to the house and talked us through why. They have now been managing it for 3 months and we are very pleased with the service. We have been able to be completely hands off whilst trusting that the house and tenants are in good hands.

GoogleFrom the first call I made to L&A Lettings at the beginning of 2022 when I was looking to rent to the time I gave them my 'Notice to Quit', their service has been nothing short of outstanding. Their letting process is straightforward and their staff understandable, Paul Wilkinson in particular. They are truly a stellar Letting Agent that do not just let and forget. They rang me at spaced intervals to check all is well with me and if I was happy in the property. I have recommended L&A Lettings to friends and family and would continue to recommend them.

GoogleL&A lettings are real experts at what they do. The letting process is first class. I have let a property out using another agent in the past but they don't even come close to L&A. If you have a property to let out then you will not find a better agent. The team are dedicated and driven throughout the process and they find a tenant that you won't need to worry about. Lyndon & Ann are truly amazing. Thanks also to Richard, Jon, Paul and Gabby! You all do such an amazing job!
