TrustpilotDisappointing agent
Disappointing agent. Say they’ll call you back and they don’t. All they can do is ask me for my number. They still don’t call back. Even on viewings the agent was lost. Only the manager could perform. They hired a young team who are just rude and lack phone etiquette.

TrustpilotRecommend speaking to George
I would recommend consulting with George. He was helpful and noted my complex requirements, without making me feel like I was being difficult. I was updated with suitable properties regularly. The conversations were polite and not pushy like other agencies.

GoogleMaxime and Charlie at the South Norwood branch of Streets Ahead are professional, prompt, polite and helpful. Most importantly, they found me the ideal tenant straight away. I don't know about the property sales side of things, but they are the best agent in the area that I've dealt with for lettings.

TrustpilotGreat service
Enzo and Emma from the Crystal Palace branch were really responsive and professional during the whole process from viewing to when I got my keys. I would definitely recommend working with them.

TrustpilotAttempted a fraudulent
Attempted a fraudulent eviction of tenants to gain commission on the sale of the property. Local council stepped in, to stop the eviction. Did not forward important mail to landlord. Landlord eventually fired the agency.

GoogleIf I were rating Kallam individually it would be a 5 star review! Only reason why it’s not is because of the lack of communication in our first week with our property manager. When we did manage to get ahold of her, there were speedy …

Emma & George we’re fantastic in our move. We had a few issues with filing out certain forms and they were on hand to help whenever we needed. Easy communication and so polite. A pleasure to deal with

TrustpilotI wouldn’t rent from these people
I wouldn’t rent from these people. They take months to do essential repairs and the people they send to do them don’t do them properly anyway. They ignore your calls and emails for days and yet when they email you expect to be harassed unless you give them a speedy reply.
