I believe one of the goals of the organisation is customer satisfaction. The letting officer ( Ryan) I had dealings with needs an award, he is customer friendly. I will strongly recommend people to your organisation especially that particular branch.

This was my first experince letting a property and Streets Ahead (Crystal Palace) have made it so easy and have reassured me throughout. Emma organised everything I needed to get let ready without being pushy. Nick took photos on the Friday, arranged viewings on the Saturday and confirmed the let on the Tuesday!

Nobody returned my multiple e mails for inquiries on rentals. I was very interested in multiple listings but they never responded so I went elsewhere.

Once they have your money they truly do not care. You won't hear from them or have any matter sorted in a timely manner. I was a tenant - thankfully no more! But they also deal the same way with landlords (I know as kept in touch with mine) - if you want to be treated with respect and professionalism go with someone else…
