Illegitimate practices

A Steetsahead croydon lettings agent imposted as a prospective tenant to my openrent lettings ad and fixed a viewing. Didn’t turn up but used my personal details on viewing confirmation email to market their services. The marketing letter was sent by the lettings manager so presumably they all think this was clever and acceptable.

The help of the agents in the sale of our property was invaluavle. It was a difficult sale, and I believe it would not have happened if it wasn't for the help of Phil and Amish. Very professional!
