Both Enzo and Emma were great in helping to facilitate my move into a new flat. Despite some last minute hiccups (of no fault of their own), they were really understanding and kept me up-to-date on developments before I moved in. They were both very professional and courteous.

FacebookABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE !!! Beware of these DODGY people - I was ROBBED AT THE PROPERTY I was renting due to their negligence to maintain it and replace the balcony door, which the burglar has used to break into the house !! After I told them I'm moving out, they've arranged a viewing behind my back, inviting 10 people who walked around and touched my stuff - I've had a hidden CCTV recording !! At last they have arranged a check out without letting me know over the Easter Bank Holiday while I was moving out, unable to be present at it !! Then they said they will charge me for the broken balcony door that they've previously promised to fix - WHAT A LAUGH !! I wish to all the people I've dealt with within this agency to rot in hell - hope that Karma gets you and turns your life into a sick nightmare as you deserve it; people like you shouldn't have a right to breathe.
You should sue them.

I had the displeasure of renting a property through Streets Ahead. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. The property was riddled with damages upon move-in, and despite repeated requests, they never bothered to address a single issue.The worst part? When it was time to move out, they conveniently found every excuse to withhold my deposit, citing preposterous reasons that were clearly a result of their neglect. Their refusal to take responsibility for their incompetence is utterly appalling.Avoid this agency like the plague unless you enjoy throwing away your money and dealing with unprofessionalism at its finest. Shockingly terrible service!

He was really quick at replying to our messages, found out extra information that we wanted and just made the whole signing and sending documents hassle free.

TrustpilotAbs is the best account manager I've had from Streets Ahead!
My experience with Streets Ahead wasn't always perfect but that changed when I was assigned Abhiram (Abs) as my account manager. I felt he truly went above and beyond to service me and a particularly challenging tenancy period. He paid attention to the details and even inspected the professional clean, pushed back when the quality was subpar, and negotiated a re-do. He was also very persistent when we had a tenant who was unresponsive and Abs essentially saved me thousands of pounds worth of headaches regarding the Council Tax. Without Abs' proactiveness would have gone unpaid and the burden would've fallen onto me. During this time, there were many other moving parts and he handled them smoothly; always keeping me informed of the progress. Thank you for your good work and I hope it gets recognised - this man deserves a raise haha.

I was really worried about how I would find a property in London when I was in a completely different county. However, Streets Ahead made this transition very easy. We had some hurdles along the way, however, this agency acted very quickly with clear instructions on how to overcome them. They gave me regular updates on what was happening, and I never felt left in the dark. I highly recommend this agency and specifically this branch. Shout out to the two most amazing agents Joshua Pasley and Emma Mckenzie for their help, professionalism, and a good sense of humor! Keep up the good work!!!
