FacebookGemma was very professional and did a great job finding, renting and reference checking our first home in the UK. As a family that has just arrived in the country, although it was difficult for us to rent a house, she helped us at every step until we bought the house. π

GoogleEnzo was very helpful in finding our property in Crystal Palace! We moved from Leeds so it was a bit stressful but he made it the smoothest process possible. If you need a rental without hassle, these guys are your go to. Thank you very much.

TrustpilotJust terrible
As a new landlord I wanted an estate agent to manage the rental as I thought it'd be easier & less stressful... wrong! The property was not looked after, everything needed chasing up as it was not done & the final straw has been the keys going missing after the tenants moved out & nobody seeming at all bothered about resolving this / responding to emails. Avoid.
Hi Kate, I'm really sorry that you have had this experience with us. It doesn't sound like the best, and us not responding to emails is not acceptable. Are you able to email me on streetsaheadsocial@gmail.com and I will investigate further as to why all the points you have brought up haven't been seen to. Kind regards, Rebecca

TrustpilotNot a single issue!!
I have been with Streets Ahead for just over 4 years now and will be moving home with another estate agents shortly. I just happened to find somewhere in an area Streets Ahead don't cover, but the process of moving has been seamless due to the help of Laura Costa. I've been kept in the loop and have always been able to contact Laura when I've needed to ask a question or get guidance regarding my current residence under Streets Ahead. I have not had a single issue at my property in over 4 years, it is well managed and they have always checked on the property and ensured it was well maintained. Would definitely use them again!

TrustpilotOutstanding experience with Kieran G!
Kieran G. made the experience great! One of the few people that will actually get back to you. I went through all the major Agencies and he was the only one that actually went above and beyond to help out! You won't find many brilliant people like Kieran, if you need a property he's the go to person! He's well spoken and actually cares when speaking to costumers by making it he's personal mission to help you find a Home. Thanks again for all thelp.
