I was looking to rent a house/flat thru Streets Ahead Estate Agents, and luckly I've met Emma Mackenzie and kristen watson who helped me find the flat I'm staying in right now.I never find dificulities in the progress as Emma and Kristen were very helpful and profesional, they always have the answer and solution for any problem I faced, They never been late to response on any question needed. They were the focal point between myself and the landlord and I was relaxed dealing with them.They are well skilled and profesional in their field, their work was much appreciated

In particular, the Senior Lettings Manager, Nick Durkin, leads a great team who care as much about people as property, and that is equally true for prospective Tenants and Landlords.

We use Streets ahead's tenant finding and property management services with a hope things will be taken care of. The unexpected charge, lack of communication, unauthorised work and complaints ignored by Streets ahead have been huge disappointment to us. The hours spent on going through expenses we were charged every time to ensure things are correct just added more work and stress on us.

The process has been great because the agent, Nailah Cave was great in making me get the property. She called me on the 3rd December and offered me the opportunity to view the property the same day, explained how the process will be should the landlord chose me as the preferred tenant. After been chosen as the preferred tenant, Nailah Cave was communicating with me throughout the process, on the 14th December I got a call from her that I'm all cleared from the reference company Goodlord. Nailah Cave was transparent throughout and she was very professional and respectful. Great service!Regards,Chernor Barrie.

My family and I needed a place to move to with urgency, our Agent Ryan was instrumental in fast tracking our process. He was always available to contact, always provided updates and was transparent with timings as well as next steps. Moving houses of course isn't an easy process but Streets Ahead with their responsiveness and efficiency definitely eased the process. Would recommend to anyone house hunting. Thanks.
