Beware of renting with this agency. Not recommended.

Renting a flat at Vauxhall Sky Gardens building with this agency. Actually had and have unresolved issues:1. We've requested replacements of the broken things upon inventory check year ago. Still no results and probably no chance to have it after.2. After we paid all the fees we had no promised welcome pack has given, no docs, no instructions, nothing. Even how to use floor heating.3. We have spent months to get repair of broken floor heating because the agency's representative thought all work fine and nothing should be fixed. Even when we have described what the issue is and how it can be fixed!4. Time to time we have sale viewings and agent may leave light enabled at the property after viewing.5. Upon repair work, we had terrible situations like unauthorized use of our personal things at the bathroom.6. Ignoring emails and other requests. Can leave you without any response and excuse.Some of our friends live in the building and also had several issues because of the agency.

I would rate them a 0 but google is too generous. They are predatory, exploit loopholes and make you question your every move. Have a lawyer you trust read anything Strawberry sends you before signing, because I can guarantee that you are better off taking your business somewhere else.

Jack Singh spent considerable time helping us rent a property answering multiple queries we had and going to some lengths to help, which I felt was very kind and understanding of him. Once we agreed to rent he handed over to Valentina and she has been very responsive and helpful which has been very appreciated.

After purchase from Strawberry star, you will be passed onto their CRM team, where true nightmare begins. It is terrible that CRM contact blocked my number on her phone! (I had tried ringing from another phone). Now I had to call up head office receptionist to reach to either Wendy or Darren or Yasmine.

They are our property managers and the only way to describe them is Thieves. The are purposefully opaque and unclear all with the aim of ripping us off. Would not recommend them to anyone, and if you are unfortunate enough to be stuck with them beware.

Terrible service …

Been living in one of the buildings managed by Strawberry Star. The service is terrible, service charge increases, service decreases. Several ongoing issues for 3 years now not resolved. Windows not cleaned since December 2020 and back in December cleaned badly. Bad bad terrible.
