Holly from the Walthamstow branch has been super attentive and answered all our questions throughout the process, with a friendly and professional approach. We have viewed countless properties now with Stow Brothers and made offers on several. They take nice photos and craft flowery listings that draw attention, their default approach seem to be to request "offers in excess" of a far lower price than they expect them to achieve, simply in order to generate huge amounts of interest.They do not attempt to work with potential buyers to carry out viewings, preferring to set a date, usually a Saturday, at least two weeks in the future where they cram in scores of people in back to back 10-15 minute blocks. Offers are then invited on the Monday to which they then respond, without fail, that they will be doing Best and Final offers. This lazy approach means the agents can sit back and do little to no work presenting, managing or negotiating the offers, whilst buyers are left in the dark and vendors have to do all the work.Communication is appalling with requests for information being ignored and news of any delays in the process not being passed on.

Have only just started house hunting and in the area I’m looking, The Stow Brothers are the main agent. After almost 2 weeks, They have only responded to one of my requests for a viewing and when I asked if it would be possible to find out about the others so as to book a few on one day as they were very close to one another, the agent was very rude and dismissive and told me she was really busy and was only booking one property at a time. Since this time, I’ve heard nothing from them and am considering cancelling my viewing so I don’t have to deal with them going forwards. They seem to be more interested in sellers than buyers. Very disappointing.

Stow Brothers are a company in charge with a construction project near my flat and they have no regard for noise or the area they occupy not to mention that they pollute the area around with debris they are scammers and I urge you not to do business with them.

GoogleI cannot praise Stow Brothers enough. They really listened to what I wanted in a property expediting what I traditionally find a really stressful process. I gave them my parameters and they compiled a relevant shortlist, I even got it in budget too!

Had a very bad experience. If I could give 0 star that would be more appropriated. They don’t care about people. They don’t contact you after you made an offer for a house to let you know the outcome!! Don’t waste your time!!!

Directors found to be attempting to create fake contracts and documents. Don't deal with this estate agent they are scammers. Please Google their director Andrew goad who was caught attempting to falsify tenancy documents.
