TrustpilotA lot better than the usual estate agent experience
I recently did a purchase through them, and it was a lot better than the usual experience you get with estate agents in the UK. Found it really helpful that they had specialist sales progressors (rather than the marketing person taking you through the buying process), since they are quite different skillsets. (And thanks to my sales progressor Poppy for being really helpful throughout!)

GoogleThe chaps at Stow Brothers were extremely helpful throughout the entire purchase process, and I'd recommend them to anyone. Even when my solicitors made communication mistakes which caused long delays, Niall was able to chase the correct parties and speed up the process on numerous occasions. Niall, as well as Dan were both extremely helpful from start to finish, and did their very best to support me at all times as a first time buyer.

GoogleNiall was extremely friendly and always so willing to help. He was flexible and met us multiple times so we could see the flat. He was very helpful in clearing up the buying process for us as first time buyers and was always following up with what was needed to happen next and kept us well informed and updated which we really appreciated. His colleagues at Stow Brothers were also always willing to step in and help if ever Niall was unavailable which was great. Would definitely recommend Niall and Stow Brothers for a helpful and hassle free experience

We have had a truly terrible experience selling our house through Stow Brothers. The communication and service has been utterly appalling from start to finish. At the point of going on the market and offers being obtained following an open day, through to sales progression there have been a series of fundamental errors made in communication with us and within their internal team. This included failing to notify our buyer when we had secured a a purchase property ourselves, and passing on wrong information to our onward agent regarding our circumstances. This was bordering on negligent and particularly stressful as it very nearly resulted in us loosing our purchase property. There is clearly a huge issue with staffing capacity, and internal communication and process. We also experienced a complete lack of care toward us as customers. Due to this catalogue of errors we ultimately had to make the decision to withdraw from working with Stow Brothers and go on the market with a different agent. Despite other team members admitting the errors made throughout and the poor standard of service we had received, on calling to discuss our experience with the branch manager no responsibility was accepted, indeed during this conversation it was even suggested our account of our experience was not valid until she could ‘verify with other team members’. We would strongly advise anyone to reconsider selling their property through this agent. The difference in the level of service we have received with a different agent has been starkly obvious.

GoogleWe managed to move into our new flat 3 weeks ago and have been loving it since. Niall was very helpful with our search and purchasing process. What really helped was that he was thoughtful in offering for us to see the place during the daylight time too on a different day which helped us fully appreciate the place and ultimately make the right decision both investment wise and as a place we will call home.

GoogleFirst time renting a place is a scary and confusing thing to do, but with the help of Rhea, Demetrious and Sotiria who I cant thank enough for the help and support they have given me in the process it has been made much easier! Kind, Caring and understanding people who represent Stow Brothers to the fullest. Really outstanding performance of which the company should be proud to have employees such as these. We recently sold our flat in Higham Hill. Stow Brothers were outstanding in their professionalism and support. They made the sale of our flat as easy as possible. Any questions and Inquiries we had were dealt with quickly and thoroughly. We cannot recommend them highly enough. We sold our flat during the stamp duty holiday and despite being incredibly busy Stow Brothers always took the time to respond to us as soon as possible.

Stow Brothers are really fantastic. I previously sold my house through them and they did a brilliant job, and now I'm letting a property through them. The photos and listing were great and tenants were quickly found, and Elisa and Rhea have taken care of everything from start to finish despite many challenges, and have always been so thoughtful and polite.
