GoogleMy case was tremendously difficult being an international move from the US to the UK during COVID, but my agent Olivia was incredibly easy to work with and accommodating from day one. For instance; our time zones were 6 hours apart, so I was often communicating with her at undesirable hours with complex questions about the move. She just made it so easy for me and was always swift with her responses. GoogleThanks to Jonathan Junior Ofori, I found this beautiful apartment located in central London and now live here. As an agent he’s very supportive and helpful, always just a call away even it’s very late. He helped me to communicate with the landlord and answered questions about the contract. Jonathan and the company are both very professional and trustworthy. Recommend!

GoogleI moved out of my property on August 27, and as of today, I still haven’t received my deposit back. Stirling Ackroyd informed me that they were waiting on my final bill from Vital Energi to deduct any outstanding amount. After contacting Vital myself, I discovered that Stirling Ackroyd didn’t submit the required information until the beginning of October. Although the bill was sent to the agency on October 8, Stirling Ackroyd continues to deny they’ve received it. Be cautious when dealing with this agency, as their responsiveness to emails is notably slow. I have already sent an email to customercare@lrg.ac.uk on Oct 31 and today is Nov 11 still didn’t receive a respond
