Jack Dibble was the agent I dealt with here and my experience was seamless , after meeting a few agents for other properties it was night and day. He was so efficient and pleasant , knew so much about the properties and when I requested to view a property I wasn’t sure he had the keys to he set off back to the office and showed me 30 minutes later. Between viewing the property and agreeing the property it only took about 3 hours. A wonderful agent, would highly recommend.

I had a really excellent experience with Ashleigh from Stirling Ackroyd nine elms while searching for an apartment. I first met Ashleigh at an initial viewing, and from our phone conversation it was clear that she quickly understood my requirements. She proactively arranged a viewing for another property the very next day, which turned out to be a much better fit. Because everything was prepared in advance, when the first apartment didn’t meet my expectations, I was able to move forward immediately without any delays. Ashleigh is incredibly kind, patient, and highly professional. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and used her expertise to suggest properties that genuinely suited my needs. Thanks to her efficiency and attention to detail, I secured an apartment I’m very happy with within just two days. She also went above and beyond to help coordinate the rent and the start date, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Amazing agency! Johann Alves helped us not only find a property we love whilst we weren’t even in London at the time - but he made sure we were supported every step of the way. He accommodated us by showing us the property on video call and made any changes we wanted. He accommodated us with viewings, even staying as late as 6pm.
