GoogleLuke at SA provided me with the best customer service that I’ve ever had in real estate. Nothing was too much trouble when assessing a property (and we had a lot of questions). He was incredibly attentive and got back to emails and calls in a prompt fashion. He also made the service comfortable and not unnecessarily formal, but very professional. This allowed for more open conversation and gave us a higher level of trust in his service.

GoogleReally enjoyed working with Freddie. He was super helpful in finding a flat and even sent me a helpful article on the rental market, which helped dictate the areas we would continue to look at. He was willing to be a real partner in our search, who was always willing to answer questions. I would highly recommend that anyone reach out and ask for him in particular.

GoogleMy boyfriend and I spent about 2 months searching for a flat to rent in London. We met with many estate agents and needless to say Luke Kelly from Stirling Ackroyd has been by far the most helpful, efficient and friendly. He's made our renting process much easier and quicker as compared to past experiences due to his no-nonsense and direct communication. Highly recommend.

GoogleI have used Stirling Ackroyd for multiple long term lettings, and also bought a flat where they were the sales agent. Scott Murray on the letting side did a great job, performing very well getting me a great price on the flats. Matt Powell on the sale made things very efficient as well. Since I first used Stirling Ackroyd I have not used any other company.

GoogleAbby Gooptu emailed us three times for a renewal fee that we paid for months ago - each time we provided a wire transfer confirmation number but they never checked the payment. He also comprised our privacy by copying two total strangers (3rd party) by mistake. Enough said.

GoogleAwful service. The flat I rented was handed to me with tons of broken furniture. After reporting the problems it took ages to get them fixed. They came over to remove the hardwood floors in order to inspect a leak and never replaced it. Terrible...
