We were incredibly impressed with the whole Totteridge sales team from day 1. Thank you Michael (for the evaluation and initial fee and marketing discussions), Larry (for the numerous viewings he arranged) and especially, Sophie (who helped us get across the sales line). We whole heartedly recommend Statons to both sellers and buyers alike.

We’ve dealt with many estate agents and Sophie was hands down the very best. She was friendly but also professional and she persisted until she found us the perfect property. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her.

Generally a really good experience with Statons. The purchasing process was very smooth and they worked well to mediate between us and seller to reach a deal quickly and then deliver on the transaction (which exchanged within 8 weeks). Towards the end they were also did good to manage communications between solicitors that helped get us over the line. We left the property after the first viewing under the impression that solar panels after the estate agents’ representations but it transpired this feature was missing when we got the exchange pack through. A minor flaw that an otherwise more prudent buyer would have picked up on or requested formal confirmation for in the process - but generally a very good experience.
