I have used 'Sellmyhome.co.uk' twice now and have found them to be efficient and easy to deal with. When using an online agent you have to be comfortable conducting viewings yourself of course but this is reflected in the price which altogether represents great value for money when compared with the traditional estate agent. I would certainly use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to others.

Fantastic experience, I was a little apprehensive not going the traditional route but I was so pleasantly surprised I saved about £10,000. Tom did everything he said he would, everyone was qualified before they viewed and everyone turned up. He then chased for thorough feedback I never had to chase him. Will only use Sell My home next time I have a property to sell.
