Though they were representing the vendor, we felt they really wanted the best outcome for all parties involved and the process was made much smoother by their communication and transparency. Having experienced several local estate agents, we would without question choose Sceon + Berne if we ever come to sell in future

Furthermore they are local people who know the community and exactly what it has to offer so they are excellent ambassadors for SW14. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying in the area.

David is the most knowledgeable, competent, honest and no-nonsense salesman you’ll meet. He’ll get you the price your property deserves or will find you a home sooner than everyone else. GoogleEstate agents can sometimes get a poor reputation. My experience with Sceon + Berne was the antithesis of this. I found David and Monika to be proactive, communicative, flexible, honest and resilient. They had a realistic understanding of the market and secured completion within eight weeks of listing the property. Their pricing was fair, their personal service superb - my perception of estate agents has changed for the better.

David took the time to get to know us and actually listened to what we were looking for, rather than trying to show us houses that weren't suitable. From our three house moves, he is the only estate agent i've ever liked and trusted. He found us our perfect house and managed the sale well for both sides. He was always available to speak to on the phone and getting such a personal service is quite rare. We couldn't have been happier with the whole process and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell within the local area.
