They were very prompt in responding, genuinely interested about our challenges/ doubts and walked us through the process of upgrading. It was really pleasant to deal with a real estate agent that was not solely focused on 'sell sell sell' at any cost, but was looking at us as human beings! David and his team genuinely tried to match our budget, listened and assisted us all the way through. Huge thanks to them! GoogleTo say they know the local market would be an understatement -- at the very first viewing David was already familiar with the property and had identified a potential buyer. While the fact it was a very quirky property seemed to confuse other agents, David understood the sort of buyer who would be attracted to the property. He didn't try to blind us with over-priced valuations, he won us on his local knowledge and knew what the right price would be for the house, and for us. After a full weekend of viewings, we had three different offers and sold it for the asking price ... to the very people he had identified as being the ideal prospective buyer before he even put it on the market. The service throughout the whole sale process was faultless; never handed off to a "junior", always dealing direct with David himself we knew that for all the innevitable speed bumps that crop up during conveyancing, he would manage the process with clarity and transparency so all parties remained confident and committed. They've set the benchmark or what estate agents should be like.

I first met them when looking for a house in Sheen, and was so impressed with them, their knowledge and approach that I then decided to put the sale of our house in their hands as well (which had been on the market through other local agents at first). I couldn’t have gone through the whole process of selling and buying without David’s and his team’s help, guidance, invaluable advice and patience. GoogleI cannot recommend Sceon and Berne more highly. David and the team were amazing in every respect - they helped us achieve our dream of moving to the countryside. Even with current climate in the housing market, David was determined - like a dog with a bone, that he would sell our house for us. He is an excellent communicator and negotiator and 100% committed to doing the best for his clients. He was always available and very supportive and I can honestly say that without David there to guide and support us I doubt that we would now be living in our dream home. GoogleWe could not recommend David, Fiona and the team at Sceon & Berne more highly. We rent our house through them and they also manage the property as we live abroad. Firstly, they know the area extremely well and have a huge number of repeat clients because they do such a good job and everyone likes them. Secondly, they are very straightforward and trustworthy. Lastly, when sometime goes wrong or needs fixed in the house, it is great for the tenant and for us to have them to speak to directly and immediately. You don't have to call an 0800 number in central London, they can be on site very quickly and take real ownership in solving any issues that arise. Thank you David and Fiona!

GoogleSceon and Berne were introduced to me by recommendation and since using them I’ve been spreading the word far and wide! Estate agents are not always the most likeable people, but David and his team were so straight forward, honest and their communication was exceptional. Rarely did I have to ring them as they’d be on the phone straight away with any updates; it feels like you’re their only customer. It’s easy for agents to tell people what they want to hear and over promise but S&B tell you straight from the beginning: realistic and purposeful. GoogleDavid and his team at Sceon & Berne were brilliant and helped us sell our house and buy our dream forever home during one of the trickiest times in the market surrounding Brexit and all the ensuing chaos. David was always on hand to give great advice and generally make us feel that we weren’t losing our minds despite both buyers and sellers changing theirs more than once. Having had a couple of false starts with other local agents, we instinctively liked David’s honesty and local knowledge from the first time we met him and as time went on we couldn’t have been more correct. We definitely wouldn’t have sold so well (asking price despite a terrible market) without Sceon & Berne and we know the people who bought our house were pleased with the service too. We couldn’t recommend Sceon & Berne highly enough.

GoogleYou’re in very good hands if you’re buying or selling a property with Sceon + Berne. They sold our 3 bed garden flat without stress. David and all the team were a pleasure to work with; we were kept informed about the sale every step of the way. Would highly recommend buying or selling with them, particularly for their knowledge of the Sheen/Barnes area and customer service. But what really makes them better than the rest is their common sense and strong ethics - we could trust that they really did care about all parties involved in the sale/purchase.
