Sceon and Berne are streets ahead of any of their competitors. Their service from the start to the finish is exceptional. They are organised, efficient and incredibly hardworking. But what really sets them apart is their experience, patience and integrity. At every stage, of what was a difficult chain, they supported us and ensured our sale went through. Matt was tenacious and worked hard to make sure it happened. When others in the chain lost sight of these crucial values, they did not. David and Matt are a brilliant team and I cannot recommend their service highly enough.

Incredibly poor customer service and unprofessional staff. Bookings were made for the wrong dates, rebooking's were cancelled last minute and when we asked why this happened the agent blamed it on us for not being flexible enough. Baffling! We were messed around on multiple ocassions. I wouldn't sell your house with this company if you want buyers to actually be able to view it!

We are just about to market our second property through S&B. The first property was unusual for the area and not without its' challenges but David and the team rose to the challenge and found a great buyer for us. Other agents might have lost interest but they stuck with us, giving honest and ultimately good advice throughout. Their approach is second to none in my opinion. From our first meeting we knew that David wasn’t one of those stereotypical estate agents. He was immediately trustworthy, honest and knowledgable. He made the process of selling and buying effortless. We were under a tight deadline and he did everything to make sure that we moved in just before the baby arrived!
