GoogleWe sold our house through Abby Tate (Fulham) who was fantastic. Quick to respond to our queries and very professional throughout. We have a young baby and she was really respectful of booking viewings around this. She kept us informed all the way through and made the whole process seamless. We would use Savills again as they are quite simply the best.

GoogleI only met Alex Martin on Savills, but it's been a pleasure meeting her (and I would never think I would say that of a real state agent :) ). She was very human in the way she treated my couple and myself. During the visit to the apartments she gave us plenty of time to visit, she answered sincerely to all our questions and she gave us valuable advises. She was also very supportive during the contract signing process, contacting the landlady and spending plenty of time to explain us all the different details in the contract. Once the contract was signed, she made sure that the apartment would be in perfect state for us to move in, which is really appreciated. And the cherry on the pie was a bottle of champaign as move-in gift!! :) In summary: Savills will be the first agency we will contact if we ever decide to move to another apartment, and I will recommend Savills to anyone needing a real state agency in the area.

GoogleGeorge, Robert and the whole team managed two transactions for us with great effect, at tricky times in the market with many moving parts. They are responsive, knowledgable, confident in their advice and they stay the course. The post-exchange process can be painful but Savills offered excellent advice and hand holding.
