GoogleThey accepted my offer, I paid the PTAC and now they asking me to increase my offer. They said that my company failed the company pre-check: an Experian credit check, which is pointless, as my company has got enough funds. They even didn't contact my accountant. it looks like a bogus excuse just because they have got another offer.

GoogleAs an investor I have used Savills a few times over the years and they by far stand out against all the other agents, the fees may sometimes be slightly more than some of the lesser agents but the service is far superior, but more importantly they alway got the best price!
