GoogleReally horrible experience with Savills. As a tenant you will be disrespected, ignored and bullied by the agency and landlord. My lease was cut short by the landlord because she wanted to move into the property which was fine, but then I was harassed by the agency to let the landlord come measure the floor for his new furniture. They will also try and scam you for your deposit by finding fake “problems” when you move out. I proved them wrong on all of those and they eventually dropped the charges but it was a blatant attempt to keep my deposit for no good reason. People to avoid dealing with are: Danniella Davidson, Melissa Cox, Natasha Pretorius, and Tom Moorby. - All of those people are a nightmare to deal with. I’ve been put through hell renting with Savills and I will never deal with them again. Good riddens!

GoogleSavills took care of finding us renters, and they did so, very fast. They always found great renters, who respected our property and paid the rent on time. Savills also took care of the full rental management by dealing with all queries tenants might have or small work a flat might need. We were not on site and we could fully trust the renting team of Savills, both at the management level and with all team members we dealt with. So we highly recommend the renting/tenancy department of Savills Victoria Park.

Truthfully, Letting Agents are usually not great to deal with, however Tom was amazing from start to finish, and really went above and beyond to make the entire letting experience completely painless. GoogleIt was a pleasure to work with Laura O'Neill. We all are aware how tedious is the process of buying a house. In my case what Laura did was to speed up things. Firstly, explaining the process in an easy to understand manner and secondly making recursive calls/emails on critical moments to both parties, being friendly and with a ready to help attitude. GoogleSavills were really good to work with on the sale of my flat in Bow. My first contact was with David Easton, who is the Head of Sales, and he came to visit my flat prepared with examples of similar properties Savills had sold recently and lots of local knowledge. He valued the property confidently at a higher number than other agents who I spoke to. My sale was managed by Harry Charalambous, who was helpful, organised and very straighforward to work with throughout the process. He kept me informed about viewings, advised me on how things were progressing and also gave me confidence that we would achieve close to the price that they had originally suggested, even when offers were not forthcoming. Eventually, we did. If you are looking for the personal service and knowledge of a small local agency and the reassurance of an international firm, I would strongly recommend Savills Victoria Park.

James provided good advice regarding the market and valued the house at a correct pricing which enabled us to secure an above asking price offer within a few days of marketing.
