GoogleWe have recently moved into a house in Victoria Park which is managed by Savills Victoria Park and have had a great experience so far. Nikita Davis has managed the process extremely well from start to finish; from showing us around the flat, managing the offer stage, and dealing with queries since we have moved in. I would highly recommend Nikita and the team if you are looking for a property in the area!

GoogleChase Atkins supported us with our recent purchase of a flat and he was fantastic. He found the flat we ultimately selected per our spec, and showed us round, answered all our questions, and then liaised with me concerning the offer process, timelines, etc. as there was a lot of interest in the property. I felt he balanced buyer and purchaser interests and needs fairly and worked objectively for all parties. Chase was available when we had further queries post offer being accepted, and supported us throughout the completion process. Great service thank you.

After encountering frustrating experiences with other companies who would change the location at the last minute without notice, I was relieved to have a seamless and trustworthy experience with Savills. Anthony and Felix went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. Anthony provided a fantastic tour of the flat, offering honest insights and displaying exceptional care and patience, even accommodating my tardiness. As a newcomer to the country, his expertise and approach made me feel incredibly comfortable choosing the area. Working with him was a pleasure. Felix was instrumental in navigating the paperwork process, patiently guiding me through each step and sending timely reminders to ensure I stayed on track. His dedication and assistance extended well beyond move-in day, providing invaluable support as I settled in. Grateful for their professionalism and kindness throughout!!

GoogleMelissa Cox is a thieving person and really not good at her job. Melissa tried to charge us for damages to the property that we did not do. She did her best to ensure we had a stressful time during our tenancy. Melissa, I hope you sleep well at night knowing your terrible nature and outright bullying of tenants. In the end, we were truthful and won our case with TDS but Melissa definitely left a bad taste in otherwise a decent experience of tenancy through Savilles. Everyone else was ok.

GoogleAnthony Casingena is an extremely dedicated, helpful, and friendly agent to work with. We had the pleasure of his excellent communication throughout our stay in our tenancy. We even had to terminate our letting contract early due to family reasons and we cannot stress enough how accommodating that he was to support us in our time of need. Anthony at Savills went above and beyond the call of duty to assist finding a new tenant to fill our tenancy, a process that was otherwise quite nerve racking but he made it not very stressful. The continued check-ins, clarity, and customer service we experienced made us feel very good through the entire undertaking. We hold Anthony to great esteem, so if you decide to let a place with Savills make sure to request working with him!

GoogleSavills Vic Park helped us so much with our move. Our lettings agent Felix Mitchell was really kind, helpful, professional, and patient with us, and did everything he could to make sure our move was quick, smooth, and easy. He even went out of his way to meet us on the weekend to hand over extra house keys. Hannah Keene, our tenancy progression coordinator, was also great - she was very quick in sending us the documents we needed to sign and progressing our checks, and was very helpful when we had any questions. She was also very kind and friendly in her communications to us. 5 stars for this office and staff that really care about finding people great homes :)

GoogleI instructed Savills on the recent sale of my flat and Chase Atkins was my primary contact. Chase was incredibly professional - always quick to respond to emails and calls, skilled in supporting negotiations and diligent in driving the transaction forward. Also he was genuinely just a pleasure to work with. Moving house is well known to be an incredibly stressful time - with Chase as my agent, this was one part of the process that I didn’t need to worry about. I only have positive things to say. I’d highly recommend Savills to market your property. You may be able to find an agent who will market your property for a lower fee, but you get what you pay for, and my view is that Savills are worth every penny. Top notch service. Thank you Chase.

GoogleFinding a. flat in London is a nightmare: flats go in a second, potential tenants start a bidding war, prices are high and letting agents lose interest if you didn't say yes immediately. However, it was the total opposite with Savills and Nikita Davis. Without fuss and unnecessary communications, Nikita guided us through the whole process of viewings, paying deposit, going through all checks and finally moving to a flat that looks like home and feels like home.

GoogleTom really helped us find a perfect first apartment in London. We both just moved to the country, so there were a number of procedural things that we didn't know about or understand fully. Tom was patient and took us through the process from start to finish, even when a number of hiccups (our fault!) made it very stressful at the end. Now we're happily settled in our new place just down the road from the office. GoogleI’ve had a really positive experience with the letting team at Savills Victoria Park, and I’ve always felt very well supported. Angus Wong, my property manager, is responsible and reliable in following up on matters, which gives us great peace of mind. A special thank you as well to Sandy Sitlani, Head of Lettings, who is always thoughtful, approachable, and generous with advice. Overall, the team has given us real confidence, knowing that our property is in very capable and caring hands. We would happily recommend the letting team there to anyone looking for a professional yet friendly service.

GoogleAnthony at the Victoria Park office recently handled my entering into a lease agreement and I couldn’t have been happier with his service. The process was as seamless and smooth as these things can be. Anthony was helpful, professional and efficient. Whenever we came across an obstacle to our lease being finalized, he proposed personally tailored solutions and responded to our queries quickly and kindly. The London rental market is not an easy one but Savills - and Anthony - have so far proved to be a great help in making it as pleasant as possible. Can’t thank or recommend them enough.

GoogleI have been renting for over 10 years now and this was by far the smoothest and easiest process I have had. Felix was very responsive (even way passed the end of the working day) and answered all our questions. I knew Savills were big by reputation but they balance a personal service very well, with Felix commuting for over an hour to get to this property. He was never late and never complained. The perfect embodiment of service with a smile. A genuinely a nice guy and great estate agent. Thanks Felix!
