Harry and Joe have helped with a truly epic sale/purchase process which, through reasons too boring to go into, has dragged on for over 8 months. In this period a huge amount of input was required to chivvy and communicate with the 3 sets of solicitors involved and, as each party is only allowed to speak to their own solicitor, this process of chasing was extremely difficult. Harry was absolutely amazing in filling this role of badgering all 3 solicitors on, at times, a daily basis. I can't say for certain that the sale would have fallen through without Harry but I really would not have been surprised if it had done - He put in that much effort. They have 100% earned their commission and will be getting a bottle of something very nice from us.

At the risk of repeating what Dorian Hobday has already written about Harry - his support and considerable skill and determination helped us through the stressful sale of our property. He and Joe were really fantastic and Harry's almost daily calls to us in Portugal were so supportive and helpful, they really did get us through what was an incredibly hard time and we will miss his cheerful updates on the phone! He went above and beyond the call of duty and is a real credit to the profession. Worked closely with Harry at Savills Victoria Park on our first property purchase. He was fair, supportive, friendly and always keen to offer advice during the our purchase which took close to 8 months due to a difficult/complicated chain. Furthermore, he was always happy to take a call, kept us fully informed of developments and ensured pick up of keys etc was made as easy as possible for us. Despite working with 2 very frustrated parties, difficult solicitors and a chain that regularly threw up issues, he operated as a problem solver and ensured that things were pushed forward. Both he and his company are fantastic and we will definitely be going back to work with Savills when we choose to move properties again. A huge thanks to Harry and his fantastic team!

Everyone at Currell’s office at Victoria Park have been incredibly friendly, supportive and consistent throughout the sale of my flat. I dealt with Joe initially who was more than helpful. Harry, who then took on the sale, always had time for me, offered very honest, sensible advice at every stage of the sale and acted professionally throughout. He did everything possible to try to help the process move forward to everyone’s advantage, and the sale concluded very successfully for all involved. I recommend Currell and his lettings negotiator Sam Winter to find your new best apartment in London. We contacted them to visit one apartment, but suggested other additional properties that turned out to be great! During the negotiation process, Sam was always very helpful and once we got to an agreement with the landlady, he guided us through all the paper work, replying to all our mails without delay and with infinite patience. If you are looking for an apartment around Victoria Park, Currell is definitely your estate agency!!
