GoogleWe chose Savills because of the reputation, reach and access to the largest buyers’ base and the intimate knowledge of the Wapping market. We wanted a top agency to carry out and manage such an important transaction for us: we were not disappointed and believe we got a great value/outcome in a difficult market. Also, we valued Laura’s and Chloe's “customer sensitivity” in agreeing a tailor-made, performance based, fee structure.
