My previous contact Yato was a brilliant account manager and I was concerned when she left but Henry has made the transition very smooth and pain free. I recently sold my flat in SE1 through Savills Wapping. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Chloe and her team set my expectations from the outset and told me what I could expect to achieve. Other estate agents had told me that I would get more and initially I requested that the property be listed at a higher price. We had very little interest, but once I reduced it to Chloe's recommended price, the enquiries flooded in and I sold it at slightly more than I expected! Chloe and Jacob were extremely helpful throughout the process and I would recommend them to anyone. Their professionalism and communication was second to none and they are without doubt the best estate agents I have dealt with in London and even in the UK! I must also say that their photographers, web and social media experts were amazing. Bottom line - if you are selling a property in this area, don't even think about using anyone else. They are the best by miles!

Chloe and the team were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the sales process. They seemed to know the market well and advised me wisely. There were several occasions where I felt they went beyond what I would have expected in terms of the advice they gave (basing their recommendation on specific circumstances rather than making generic suggestions) and I feel that made an enormous difference to the outcome. We were looking for a place in wapping and we were actually quite on a short timeframe of about 1 week max to be able to move in. We worked with Cherish and she was absolutely brilliant. She found a great place and she was very professional and kind and always responsive and kept us up to date on all progress. She chased down everything from Landlord queries to refrencing and all of it was done at a high standard within only 1 week. We got the keys to the apartment and moved in just in time not to risk any delays and if it weren't for Cherish i would have had doubts we could make the timeframe work. I recommend working with Cherish any time and in fact i will specifically ask to work with only Cherish if i am allowed to in the future. Her professionalism and her dedication to keep us informed even possibly out of her working hours made us really feel taken care of and in good hands. Another agent had let me down when I was about to sign contracts because I had a cat, the agent knew about the cat all along and said it was ok when it wasn’t allowed and I was left facing the choice of leaving my cat with family members. I'm a uni student and I recently rent an apartment near Waterloo from David. The experience was surprisingly amazing as I normally don't have much expectation from letting agents given my previous ones were mostly either painfully lazy or unbearably aggressive. David was, with no doubt, the best agent I've ever met. He was there all along, answering all my questions in time, either by phone or email. Even when he was off working hours and on annual leave, he gave me necessary guidance with consistent patience. David is too good for any estate agent! God bless David!

We were struggling to find a new apartment and after seeing 20 properties we needed to return to our country. Very happy with Savills, and especially with the helpful and professional Kristina Dabrila, who showed me around east London. My viewing was very last minute, with my previous offer on a different flat (different company) being declined two days before I was due to leave for holiday. On my last day before leaving for my Holiday, She helped me find the perfect flat. As I was on limited time, she took us from flat to flat in her private car (which is not usual in London). Very comfortable viewing. Within 4 hours after the viewing I have now signed, and paid a deposit for my future home. 10/10 would recommend Savils and Kristina! so far they seem professional and reliable! Thank you!
