Just an incredible all round experience with genuinely lovely people. Majority of contact with Elias and Gabriella but the whole team were warm, calm and professional to a tee. All within the challenging context of selling our late fathers flat. Can't think of enough good words really - infinitely recommended by me.

We felt so well supported by Lizzie throughout our sale process. She was consistently calm and handled the entire process with the buyer very efficiently in difficult circumstances. She is also impressively responsive and always available to answer our questions and proactive in pushing the deal forward. It saved us so much stress and worry to know everything was in such a safe pair of hands.

If you want to pay someone to repeatedly call out overpriced contractors to carry out expensive and faulty repairs to your rental property then Savills is the management company for you. Added bonus is the 3 week wait time to receive a response to emails or no response at all.

Very professional, efficient and helpful team. Natalie Pawelek understood our and tenants' needs and helped us find an excellent tenant. Claudia Gal has been equally efficient in managing the property subsequently. The entire Savills team was very professional and balanced in presenting the tenants' perspective as well. They clearly have strong controls as somebody else would check even if the salesperson forgot a step in the process. It is comforting to know that managing the property is in safe, professional hands with Savills !

Working with Tanika from Savills was a breeze! She was efficient and so kind. I was so late to meet her for our showing and she couldn’t have been nicer about it. She still took the time to show us not one, but two units and answered all of our questions! She always answered my calls or returned them in a prompt fashion which I truly appreciate!
