Fantastic experience with Lizzie (and by extension Savills) who helped us buy our dream flat. By pure chance we happened to walk past Savills, stopped by for just contact details and got incredibly lucky to have Lizzie introduced to us. She immediately assessed our needs and told us about a property that just came on and even though we had initially said we didn't have time, she urged us to take a second to view and thank god she did. It was perfect, she nailed it in one attempt, so we immediately put an offer on the flat. With her astute guidance, Lizzie steered us through the whole process (a complete unknown as we're first time buyers in the UK). Even when the negotiations between us and the seller got, er....shall we say "crunchy"....she kept her cool and we never felt that there was any bias, which was incredibly refreshing in comparison to our previous dealings with estate agents. She not only secured the flat for us but managed to make the whole process enjoyable with her warm professionalism, even when we were honestly being a bit high maintenance. I recommend Lizzie and Savills in the strongest terms, and if/when the time eventually comes that we want to move on, we will certainly list the flat with her. Was so impressed that we're also using their rental and management service for when we're not there. Thank you Lizzie and Savills!!!!

Working with Elias and the team has been a great experience. Not only did they get me a great deal - well - that's what you expect... they also provided the most fabulous customer experience throughout the process. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable and respectful. They epitomise being a 'trusted expert' during what is for most of us a challenging experience where we often feel out of our depth and out of control. My heartfelt thanks go particularly to Elias who provided me with guidance, sound counsel and a compassionate listening ear at each stage. And when the going got a little tough [it wasn't a straight forward transaction and we were up against a hard deadline that had to be met] Elias really, truly got going... he co-ordinated everyone, he ensured things were moving along and he made sure the lines of communication were totally transparent and timely. Whilst I knew and understood that Savills were working for the seller, Elias spent time building a genuine rapport with us. He was rational, professional and patient. We never felt harassed or too pressured. He was always on the end of the phone if we had a question, which for us was a key quality. Elias worked diligently to find a price that was right for both of us and the seller. Once the price was agreed, he went above and beyond. He was a godsend during the exchange process - touching base with both lawyers, chasing down building certificates, hurrying the council for searches, liaising between both parties m every detail. It wouldn’t have gotten over the line as quickly as it did without him (we were keen to beat the stamp duty deadline). They seem to live on a different planet and don't know how to treat prospective tenants in a courteous manner. Probably because they only care about landlord customers.

Absolutely dreadful management experience. The company consistently refused to answer or even acknowledge direct questions or fix issues. No accountability or transparency. It has been thoroughly miserable experience. I will never get involved with them again. - Alex’s reply below suggests he is surprised by hearing this. He has been aware of all the failings for the duration of the term. - Photo attached of leak and mould which has gone un-repaired for 6 months. All other remain un-repaired after almost a year. Avoid - Update- 7 months and countless e-mails after reporting a faulty lock we have now inevitably been broken in to. Savills still haven’t sent somebody to fix the lock. -
