Hi Ankit,I’m sorry you felt the need to escalate this. We understand that you want your office doors to be remotely unlocked.Your centre in Surrey uses a Salto system to unlock the doors of the office spaces for better security. The office keys and locks are completely electronic under this system. You can either use the Salto key assigned to you during the onboarding process or use the ‘unlock the door’ feature in your online application (MySpacesworks.com) to unlock your office door.Should you require further details, please contact your centre team as they are your key contact on this matter.Thank you,Lorraine BruleGlobal Customer Service at Spaces
