GoogleFalse Advertising - listing cheaper bait and switch adverts of properties that do not exist. For example, currently advertised Altius Apartments E3, one bedroom apartment for £1700 contains photographs of a completely different property. A brief comparison of floorplan and layout in photograph proves this.

This agent unfairly deducted large amount of deposit for very minor issues. Even for bulb change, removing cups and ridiculous minor issues which can be rectified in minutes with furniture polish.

GoogleTruly one of THE WORST estate agents ever. They will lie, trick, and play dumb to get the every last bit of money they can get from you. Save yourself from a lot of trouble by not renting a place with them, I promise you however much you like the flat, they are going to make it hell for you, it's not worth it. Majority of the reviews are fake, DON'T BELIEVE IT.

GoogleStay far away from this company. They have caused us a lot of issues and stress completely mislead us from truth, lied about many things to try steal money, took our money for the flat when they don’t even have a property which is illegal. We have complained to the portals for mis advertising and to Property Ombudsman about them. All reviews are fake as the others say we wish we looked first, the 2 people who work here leave a review, just look below they are fake - Don’t end up where we are with stress. Be warned of this company they are a SCAM COMPANY to steal your money.

GoogleI had pleasure of recommending Romans & Partner team to a client of mine. I work in another sector. Not only were they successful but they were able to perform a complex sale in a very short time period. Professional and extremely diligent - able to execute.
