I've had the pleasure of working with Maciej's team for several years now, and I must say, their property management and rental services have been nothing short of outstanding. Over the years, they've managed my properties with a level of professionalism and efficiency that has consistently exceeded my expectations. One of the things I appreciate most is their prompt communication. Whether it's updates on property conditions, rent collection, or any other relevant information, they always ensure I'm informed in a timely manner. Their attention to detail and proactive approach to property management has been a great asset. Additionally, their ability to quickly identify and secure reliable tenants has been impressive. They have a keen eye for matching the right tenants with the right properties, which has resulted in a smooth and hassle-free rental process. I would highly recommend Maciej's team to anyone looking to rent out their properties. Their expertise, responsiveness, and dedication to customer satisfaction make them a top choice in the property management industry.

Avoid dealing with Romans & Partners

Avoid dealing with Romans & Partners. Once you sign the contract, they completely ignore you and stop providing proper support. Our property manager, Monica, was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional throughout the entire experience. Communication was poor, issues were ignored, and customer service was disappointing from start to finish. I’m very relieved to no longer collaborate with them. I would strongly recommend avoiding any business or contracts with this company.

We though moving to London would be extremely stressful and finding a flat even more, but we had to pleasure to work with Romans and Partners which made everything smooth. Pierre was fantastic through the whole process making it move easily and rapidly. He was always ready to help with extremely fast response times. 100% would recommend Romans and Partners, the most reliable agency we've worked with.

We transited to Roman and Partners after a very tumultuous experience with our previous Managing Agent. Any concerns we might have had was allayed by Maciej, Anthony and the team who gave us support and assistance to not only come over and more importantly ensured and made sure we know our property was well looked after. We'd recommend Roman and Partners to anyone who is considering a Managing Agent for their property and look forward to many years of cooperation and collaboration together.

Flawless service from trustworthy team

I have been working with Maj & his team (including Anthony, Patrick and Monica) for several years. Their "clients first" attitude and excellent service appear to be the building blocks of this business. Romans & Partners has been 100% transparent & efficient in everything they have done for our properties. Maj is an honest professional, and the best we have ever worked with to date.

we rented a flat a flat in limehouse and had really bad experience. my boyfriend left a review but they got it taken down coz he named staff. i was the tenant and they kept harrasing me at all hours of night, even got my details and turned up at the flat without warnig to concierge. We then got evicted!!! it felt very intimidating. urge others to be very carful before using this company. not proffesional and made feel unsafe.

I first met the owner of Romans & Partners when he was a junior negotiator at agency and based on that past connection, I decided to give him an opportunity to let my modest flat in E14 after we reconnected in Singapore. Initially, things went smoothly. However, issues began when he launched a new company had entered administration, raising sering sering serious concerns about continuite and accountability.

*BEWARE* My partner and I was called and left messages non stop by Anthoney from this company, honestly 8pm 9pm 10pm and whatsapp messages we were left no option to block. My partner and i rented off another estate agent over 1.5 years ago and we asked on multiple occasions how Anthoney got our number and details, turns out they were trying to steal our rent by making us pay him by 'posing' as our new agent!! Whilst we aked our agent what is going on, THEY emaialed our concierge to try get into our flat saying they have authority to take our management key!!!!! this is ILLEGAL!!!! it was lucky our concierge emailed us and we advised no or what could have happened? steal our things? My girlfriend is scared and wewant compensation. I spoke to our agent we rented it off who showed us reports to police that Romans & Partner is a new company on the companies house and people losing money to them by scams stealing rent. i don't leave reviews but most annoyed i report to ICO like told and they have not done anything yet so will further my complaint on the suspect activity of this company until i have answers... All reviews are clearly fake as the persons below with 1 star says, all in just a few days.very suspect. My interaction with their staff and company is they are a SCAM - TRIED TO TAKE OUR RENT AND ACCESS OUR FLAT FOR POSSIBLE CRIMINAL ACTIVITY - BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY **

I have been working with Michael Logue for over three years and I can honestly say that he is one of the best lettings managers I have ever encountered. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to ensure that both landlords and tenants are happy and satisfied. He has a keen eye for detail and a great sense of humour that makes working with him a pleasure. Michael has helped me find and manage several properties in Kensington and Chelsea, and he has always delivered excellent results. He is always on top of the market trends and knows how to negotiate the best deals for his clients. He is also very responsive and communicative, and always keeps me updated on the progress of the lettings process. He has a great network of contacts and resources that he uses to handle any issues or challenges that may arise. Michael is not only a great lettings manager, but also a great person. He is friendly, respectful, honest, and trustworthy. He treats everyone with dignity and respect, and he always acts with integrity and professionalism. He is a valuable asset to his company and to the industry, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and competent lettings manager. He is simply the best!
